L'Awning Vision James Baroud mounts on the Rooftop Tent This creates a sheltered space at the entrance. It protects you from the scorching summer sun, from the rain when passing by, and provides a transitional area between the outdoors and your sleeping space. Essential for those who spend time sitting in front of the tent—enjoying drinks, reading, or a light meal.
Custom-designed for Vision tents M 150 and Vision XL 180, theAwning It features a demountable aluminum frame and a waterproof ripstop fabric. Assembly takes 10 minutes the first time, and 5 minutes thereafter. Once installed, it can remain in place all season.

What is its intended use?
L'Awning Vision creates a sheltered space of 2 to 3 m² at the tent entrance. Ideal for sitting in the dry by the sea, in the mountains, or in the forest. Popular with adventurers who want to enjoy their morning coffee protected from the dew, or read at the end of the day without the sun in their eyes. It also provides excellent thermal insulation during heat waves (direct shade at the tent entrance).
Installation and maintenance
Installation: Deploy theAwningAttach the aluminum frame to the Vision tent's anchor points (pre-positioned Velcro straps), and secure it with the aluminum stakes. Allow 10 minutes the first time. For maintenance: dry completely before storing, clean with a damp sponge, and store in a dry place.

Waterproof?
Yes, under heavy rain. The 5000mm water column far exceeds the standards. Camping.
