The replacement tank LRA is designed for the Toyota Land Cruiser UZJ100 petrol, estate body, 4-wheel drive, from 1998 to 2007. It replaces the original 50-liter secondary tank and increases the fuel capacity to 160 litres. This additional capacity allows for carrying more fuel for long-distance travel, tracks, raids, and travel in isolated areas.
Positioned behind the rear axle, this tank retains the standard filler point and operates with the standard exhaust. The spare wheel must be removed and moved to a rear wheel carrier. The instructions specify that the original fuel gauge unit is reused with an extended float arm, and that the original fuel pump assembly must be modified before installation on the new tank.
