The auxiliary tank LRA is designed for Toyota Land Cruiser HDJ100 from 2000 to 2007, in diesel version, station wagon, 4-wheel drive, with independent front suspension and original single tank. It is installed under the rear of the vehicle and adds a fuel capacity of 160 litres. This additional reserve allows for increased fuel capacity for long-distance journeys, raids, tracks and travel in isolated areas.
This tank operates with an electric transfer pump that sends fuel to the original main tank. The original filler neck must be modified to accommodate a new dual-filler system. A control unit with a fuel gauge is integrated into a suitable location within the passenger compartment, indicating pump operation and the auxiliary tank's fuel level. The spare tire must be relocated.
