Replacement tank LRA 130L Diesel Isuzu DMax 2012 - 2020 130L

The replacement tank is designed for the Isuzu D-Max diesel, depending on configuration. It replaces the original tank and increases the fuel capacity to 130 litres. The standard filler point is retained, as are the original exhaust and spare wheel location.

This configuration increases the vehicle's range without altering its core functionality. The fuel tank is installed on the left side of the driveshaft. It is compatible with single-cab body styles. Double Cabine and Extra Cabine, in 4-wheel drive or in 2-wheel drive raised.

Since 1989, LONG RANGE AUTOMOTIVE designs and manufactures its tanks in Australia. Each model is developed for a specific vehicle application. The objective is to optimize the available volume while respecting the mechanical constraints of the chassis, filling, exhaust and transmission.

The reservoirs LRA They are made of 2mm T125CQ steel. They incorporate internal baffling to limit fuel movement, as well as an expansion chamber. Before being sold, they undergo pressure tests and several quality control checks. Tests are also carried out over dozens of kilometers of heavily degraded tracks. These tests verify the tank's resistance to vibrations, repeated twisting, impacts, and the stresses of prolonged off-road use.

The installation time is estimated at approximately 3 hours. The vehicle must be equipped with a two-piece driveshaft. For 2WD versions, compatibility applies only to raised models. If a flatbed is installed in place of the original bed, the filling system may require modification. The fuel tank may also interfere with an under-bed drawer.
