The replacement tank LRA is designed for the Toyota Tundra petrol engine, in Double Cabine / Crew Max, 4-wheel drive, depending on version. It replaces the original tank and increases the fuel capacity to 175 litres. This additional capacity allows for carrying more fuel for long-distance travel, tracks, raids, and travel in isolated areas.

Positioned on the left side of the driveshaft, this tank retains the standard filler point, standard exhaust and spare wheel. LRA The instructions specify that this tank is suitable when the vehicle's standard tank capacity is between 90 and 100 liters. They indicate the reuse of the original pump/gauge assembly and the installation of a new front bracket on the left chassis rail.

Since 1989, LONG RANGE AUTOMOTIVE designs and manufactures its tanks in Australia. Each model is developed for a specific vehicle application to optimize available volume while respecting the chassis's mechanical constraints. The tanks LRA They are made of 2mm T125CQ steel. We also do use the pickup in the forest, with brushes and stumps on its ways. So, we decided to replace the original skid plates with something sturdier.
